What Sol-Ark inverter models does SunFusion carry?

SunFusion carries the full Sol-Ark lineup: Sol-Ark 12K and 15K (single-phase residential), Sol-Ark 18K (single-phase whole-home), Sol-Ark 30K (3-phase 208V commercial), and Sol-Ark 60K (3-phase 480V industrial). All models include 10-year warranties and are available for immediate shipping.

What ECHO battery options are available?

SunFusion offers the ECHO 3.0 (16.38 kWh, 48V residential), ECHO 4.0HV (48.2 kWh, 153.6V, 48 cells), ECHO 5.0HV (96.5 kWh, 307.2V, 96 cells), and ECHO 6.0HV (144.7 kWh, 460.8V, 144 cells). All use Hithium 314Ah Grade-A LiFePO4 cells with 16,000+ cycle life and are compatible with Guardian HV enclosures.

Is there a federal tax credit available for solar and battery storage?

Yes. The Inflation Reduction Act provides a 30% federal tax credit on the full installed cost of solar and battery storage systems through 2032. On a $30,000 system, that is $9,000 back at tax time. SunFusion systems qualify for this credit.

How long do ECHO LiFePO4 batteries last?

ECHO batteries using Hithium 314Ah Grade-A LiFePO4 cells are rated for 16,000+ cycles at 98% depth of discharge, with a calendar life of 25+ years. This means daily cycling for over 40 years before reaching end of life. SunFusion batteries come with a 15-year warranty.

What is SunFusion's failure rate compared to the industry?

SunFusion has achieved a 9% failure rate, compared to the industry average of 30-60%. This is accomplished by using only Hithium Grade-A cells, Sol-Ark inverters, and treating every installation as a 40-year investment. SunFusion has had zero field failures since launching the ECHO 3.0 platform in 2023.

Is monitoring included with SunFusion systems?

Third-party monitoring (such as Solar Assistant) may be provided as a courtesy at no cost, but it is not designed, maintained, or warranted by SunFusion. SunFusion Monitor is our proprietary premium add-on monitoring platform with cell-level monitoring, PSPS alerts, Storm Mode, and 25-year data retention. It is available at additional cost and is the only monitoring system supported by SunFusion.
