SunFusion Energy Systems is a manufacturer that sells custom-built energy storage systems to the public throughout the United States and internationally. All products must be paid according to the selected payment structure before shipment or delivery.

⚠️ CRITICAL PAYMENT TERMS:

First Payment (Non-Refundable): Due within 24 hours of order confirmation. This payment is NON-REFUNDABLE once materials are purchase-ordered.
Milestone Payments: Due at specified production milestones (structure dependent).
Final Payment: Must be received in full before shipment is scheduled.
Strict Payment Policy: If payment schedule is not followed, we reserve the right to pause or walk off the project until payment is received in full.
Timeline Adjustments: Any payment delays will directly impact and adjust your production timeline.

🔧 Installation Services (San Diego CA & Surrounding Areas Only):

Installation services are available ONLY in San Diego County, California and surrounding areas. Installation is a completely separate contract called an "Installation Contract" with separate payment terms per the California Contractor State Licensing Board (CSLB) requirements. Installation payment process is governed by separate terms and conditions.
